Take-up and Pay-off machines
Take-up and Pay-off machines have bobbin take-up and pay-off machines and dead coiler. Machines are used in production lines of CO 2 gas -shield welding wire, flux-cored welding wire, and stainless steel welding wire. The specification of the bobbin take-up and pay-off machines is φ400 ~ φ800. Wire arrangement manners are feed-rod arrangement and screw-rod arrangement. Pulling manners of the bobbin have manual pulling and pneumatic pulling and can also be designed according to users’ requirements. The dead coiler is mainly used in the rough drawing taking up of welding wire .
Damping Pay-offs
A group of tiles encased type brake is installed pay-off machine. The welding wire through the dancer when take up. The dancer and the brake connection rod of pay off machine are joined by wire rod. The spring is installed on the connecting rod. When tension increased, the dancer wheel moving up ,the brake opening, When tension decreased, the dancer wheel moving down, the brake frap. When the machine stop, the braking is completely. The damping braking force is automatically adjusted through the tension of the welding wire and the acting force of the spring, so as to realize the automatic damping brake. When loading and unloading the bobbin, press the brake connecting rod and the brake will open completely.

DEAD COILERS
Dead coilers are mainly applied to take up welding wires through drawing wires. This machine has the function of change connecting racks without stop, and the connecting racks have large capacity. which raises the producing efficiency of the facilities. Straightener are installed in the wire feeding end and wire yielding end to ensure the wire spools without distorts. At the wire yielding end is installed the wire-yielding control device for purpose of controlling the yielding speed accordingly to make the feeding speed math the yielding speed. The connecting racks can pay off wires by lifting or rotating the racks.
